All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

Free delivery to the school for orders placed within 21 days. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 28 days of the deadline date.

After this time, any orders will incur P&P charge of £5 for home delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 21 days

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.

Digital orders will be sent via email. Please allow up to 14 days for these.

If 14 days have passed from the due date then please contact us either by email on studio@zigzagphotography.co.uk or call 0116 2700995 and we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible. However, you must contact us within three months of dispatch as after this time period we can not trace an order with our delivery agents and it is deemed reasonable to assume that the customer has already received their order.

As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can not be cancelled once production of the order has started. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.

All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.

Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on studio@zigzagphotography.co.uk or call 0116 2700995. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Complaints must be made directly to  ZigZag Photography within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; studio@zigzagphotography.co.uk

ZigZag Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.

ZigZag Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

ZigZag Photography retain the copyright on all photographs – they may not be copied, published or reproduced without our written permission unless the digital package has been purchased.
