What backgrounds will my child's photos be taken on?
We like to use a range of backgrounds so that you have a choice. One of these will usually be themed, such as for Christmas, Easter or Graduation. We then also offer a more neutral backdrop as well.
We try not to use the same backgrounds for the same nursery twice in a row to ensure that you have a variety of images year on year.
Do you provide cap and gown for graduation shoots?
We do provide a cap and gown if we are taking your child's graduation images but if your nursery has their own in their own colours, you are more than welcome to use this instead.
Are your photographers DBS/CRB checked?
Yes our nursery photographers all hold a current DBS certificate.
My child had their photo taken at their nursery by ZigZag Photography, when will I be able to see these images?
As we do all of our printing in house, your images should be printed and delivered back to the nursery within 48 hours ready for purchase.
How can I pay for my images?
To purchase your images, you can either pay your nursery setting directly, place an order on our website or call us direct on 0116 2700995
What packages are available for me to purchase?
Please refer to the price guide that you were given from your nursery. If you need another copy, please ask either the nursery or ourselves and we can get another one to you. Our prices start at £6
Can I mix and match packs?
Packs are only available as described in the price list. They are unable to be mixed.
My child wasn't happy on the day you took the photos.
If your child wasn't happy on photo day and we were unable to get a good photo of them, you may be able to bring them into the studio for a re-shoot. Please contact us to see if this is possible.
My child wasn't at nursery on the day your photographer came in.
If your child missed us, you may be able to come into the studio for a shoot. Please contact us to see if this is possible
My child's photo was taken quite a while ago, is it too late to place an order?
Please contact us directly so we can check if we still have your images available.
How do I book you for my nursery?
If you are a nursery owner/ manager and would like some more information, we would be more than welcome to come in for an informal chat to discuss booking us. If you are a parent and like the look of what we do, please speak to your nursery setting regarding booking us.

Please refer to the price guide that you were given from your school. If you need another copy, please contact us and we can get another one to you. Our prices start at £8. We have several packages available for individual school images and 3 options for class photos.
When do I need to place an order by?
Please refer to the order by date on your proof card. If you are unsure please contact us on 0116 2700995. For orders placed after this date, you will need to select 'delivery to home' at checkout and there will be a charge for this. If you would prefer to collect from our studio, please contact us.
When will I receive my digital download link?
These will be emailed over within 14 days.
Where is my order?
All orders are processed at the same time once the cut off date has elapsed. This means that all orders will be delivered back to the school at the same time. Ordering online is for your convenience only - it will not make your order any quicker.

Can I purchase a digital copy of my child's class photo?
No, digital copies are available for individual photo's only. Please refer to the price guide given to see what your options are.
